We are seeking experienced Residential Support Workers to provide care and support to Children and Young People with varying degrees of learning disabilities in our residential units located in Waterlooville, Fareham, and Locks Heath.

The successful candidates will work on a 2:1 basis with these individuals, who may display challenging and unpredictable behaviors. We require emotional resilience, patience, and empathy, along with the ability to create and maintain safe working boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide individualized care and support to Children and Young People with learning disabilities
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and support
  • To develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families

We offer competitive hourly rates of pay, weekly pay via BACS, holiday pay earned separately from the Support Worker hourly rate, enhanced Child and Adult Workforce DBS, mandatory training and certificates, and friendly Health & Social Care Consultants for support and guidance.
