Residential Support Professional

FPR Group is actively recruiting experienced Residential Care Workers to support Children and Young People with varying degrees of learning disabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the Waterlooville, Fareham, and Locks Heath areas, providing essential care and support in residential units.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy, enabling them to create safe working boundaries with vulnerable individuals. As a Residential Care Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team, working as the second person on a 2:1 ratio, supporting Children and Young People who may display challenging behaviors.
This role requires emotional resilience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to unpredictable situations. You will work closely with your colleagues to provide high-quality care, promoting the well-being and development of the individuals in your care.
In return for your dedication and hard work, FPR Group offers a competitive hourly rate of £9-12 per hour, paid weekly via BACS, along with holiday pay earned separately. Additional benefits include an Enhanced Child and Adult Workforce DBS, mandatory training, and the option to participate in a workplace pension scheme.
