Support and Inclusion Professional

Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Teaching Personnel is seeking a highly motivated Support and Inclusion Professional to join our team.
About the Job:
This rewarding role involves working with students with SEND in a variety of settings, including one-to-one and small group work. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and flexible attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEND.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Help students develop life skills and increase their independence.
Requirements:
- Valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
- Experience working with children with SEND.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Salary: £12-£15 per hour (dependent on location and experience). Teaching Personnel offers competitive daily pay, paid weekly, and flexible working hours to suit your schedule.
