Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Artist Services Manager to lead our marketing efforts for our Rap/RnB frontline roster.


Job Title: Artist Services Manager

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year


Main Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support the growth of our artists and releases.
  • Artist Management: Collaborate closely with artists, management teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and coordination.
  • Release Promotion: Coordinate press, online, radio, and TV promotions to maximize exposure and reach for our artists and releases.

Essential Skills
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leadership and team management experience, minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and project management skills, passion for Rap/RnB/Afrobeats genres, ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and a good understanding of data analysis and consumer insights.
