White Cube, a leading contemporary art gallery, seeks an Artistic Development Manager to oversee innovative artist collaborations and drive market growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with artists and their studios, overseeing a broad programme of artist prints and multiples projects from initial idea through production to launch. This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, an understanding of fabrication processes, the ability to think creatively and work collaboratively.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for contemporary art and experience working with both living artists/studios and artist estates. They will have a broad understanding of the P&M sector, including the commercial market, operational knowledge of fabrication processes available to the P&M sector, and strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting is also essential.

As the primary point of contact and spokesperson for Prints and Multiples, the Artistic Development Manager will work closely with the Senior Director, Editorial and the Director of Digital and will be responsible for managing budgets, creating cost reports, and establishing accurate reporting against targets on a weekly and quarterly basis. They will also be responsible for researching and identifying opportunities to bring already published Prints and Multiples to market and reviewing/updating/actioning all necessary procedures for existing P&M consignments.
