We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at De Vere Beaumont Estate, a prestigious events-focused hotel in Windsor. As the People & Culture Director, you will oversee the HR function, driving recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement to foster a positive workplace culture.

About the Role

As the People & Culture Director, you will:

  • Lead the HR function, developing and implementing strategies to drive business results
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues and managers to provide guidance and support on HR-related challenges
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance HR processes, policies, and systems

Requirements

  • A forward-thinking and bright personality, with an intuitive, highly organized, and strategic approach
