Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Director to lead the daily management of all food and beverage outlets across 3 hotel restaurants and bars, as well as our corporate event space. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service are provided to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless and timely communications between departments.
  • Lead, manage, motivate, and inspire the food and beverage operations teams.
  • Control food and beverage wages and costs, and budgets carefully.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and five-star customer service ethos across the team and champion guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Large-scale food and beverage operations experience is essential.
  • High-end resort hotel or venue experience is highly desirable.
  • Current experience as a Senior Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Director of F&B, or Hotel Operations Manager is preferable.
  • A self-motivated, driven, guest-orientated, and proactive attitude is required.
  • The ability to prioritize activities, communicate, plan your time, and coordinate F&B operations across multiple outlets is required.
  • Proven, successful people management and leadership experience is essential.
  • A solid understanding of health and safety cultures and the ability to train out policies and procedures is required.
