About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Food and Beverage Operations to join our team at Legoland, Windsor. This role is responsible for the daily management of all food and beverage outlets across 3 hotel restaurants and bars and our corporate event space, ensuring that the highest standards of food and beverage service are provided to our guests.

As Director of Food and Beverage Operations, you will lead with a commitment to excellence, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience. Your role will also involve training and developing our talented staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of food and beverage operations within the 3 hotels
  • Lead, manage, motivate and inspire the food and beverage operations teams
  • Ensure seamless and timely communications between the food and beverage department and all other departments within the hotel
  • Control food and beverage wages and costs and budgets carefully
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and five-star customer service ethos across the team and champion guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Large-scale food and beverage operations experience is essential
  • High-end resort hotel or venue experience is highly desirable
  • Current experience as a Senior Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Director of F&B or Hotel Operations Manager is preferable
  • A self-motivated, driven, guest-orientated and proactive attitude is also required
  • The ability to prioritise activities, communicate, plan your time and co-ordinate F&B operations across multiple outlets is required
  • Proven, successful people management and leadership experience is essential
  • Have a solid understanding of health and safety cultures and the ability to train out policies and procedures
