Bupa is seeking an experienced Health Centre Administrator to join our team in Oxford. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum.
About the RoleAs a Health Centre Administrator at Bupa, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless administrative activities in our Health Centre. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing reception duties, answering queries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and ordering goods as required.
- Contributing to a well-presented facility by identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office packages, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. A GCSE level or equivalent qualification is also desirable.
