As a Customer Service Coordinator for Healthcare, you will play a vital role in the delivery of exceptional patient care at Nuffield Health Oxford, The Manor Hospital.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Reception & Clinic List Department as an Administration Assistant/Receptionist. This is a permanent contract with full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and general queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide administrative support, including minute taking and diary management
- Assist with the coordination of clinics and operations
- Foster strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners
