About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial leadership and support to our business partners across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Leadership: Provide financial leadership on strategically important business initiatives and ensure that the business remains within financial governance.
  2. Financial Analysis: Analyze expenditure on a monthly basis and provide clear management summaries for senior stakeholders.
  3. Financial Planning: Work closely with the People team to significantly improve our visibility of the overall headcount/resource levels of the business and provide clear reporting to senior management.
  4. Financial Reporting: Provide financial support and guidance to your business partners on a wide range of ad hoc queries.
  5. Financial Process Improvement: Support and drive the business change agenda, continually seeking to improve processes.
  6. Financial Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance team to ensure month-end processes are understood and postings are accurate.
About the Team

The Commercial Finance team provides all aspects of financial support in order to achieve our business goals and objectives. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about delivering high-quality financial analysis and support to our business partners.

Requirements
  1. Qualifications: Qualified accountant with advanced Excel/system skills, SAP, BPC, and SAC is preferable but not essential.
  2. Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  3. Experience: Proven business partnering skills, with experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  4. Personal Qualities: Strong commercial focus, with the ability to drive improvements and deliver results-oriented solutions.
