Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Finance Team, you will provide strategic financial leadership and support to our Technology department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial analysis, advice, and proactive support to the Technology business area.
- Support the Senior Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects and drive improvements in reporting, processes, and use of systems.
- Manage the reporting of overheads, challenging the status quo, and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Prepare the annual budget and re-forecasts for the Technology area, working closely with team managers to understand team structures, resource requirements, and other overhead plans.
- Provide financial leadership on key business projects, ensuring that the business remains within financial governance and preparing business cases for senior management.
- Provide quality ad-hoc and regular analysis to influence management decisions.
- Work closely with HR on overall headcount reporting, ensuring that we present an accurate picture to senior management.
- Advanced Excel and system skills, with experience in SAP and budgeting and reporting tools.
