About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our Financial Control team at TJX Europe's European Head Office. This is a unique opportunity to partner with our Buying and Merchandising function, driving commercial insights and delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive forward data objectives, modernizing data management and delivering insights to business partners using tools like Alteryx and Power BI.
  • Prepare ad hoc scenario analysis on liquidity and OTB position to identify risks and opportunities, influencing management decision-making.
  • Partner with Buying Managers and Directors on a regular basis, providing business insights and supporting management decision-making.
  • Prepare ad hoc requests for Buying Managers, Directors, and Senior Management in Finance.
  • Deliver presentations on business performance to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive process and excel model simplification, consistency, and repeatability to drive efficiencies and value-added work.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to maintain and develop financial models.
  • Advanced data modeling skills, comfortable combining and drawing insights from multiple large data sources.
  • Ability to business partner and explain financials to non-financial personnel.
  • Ability to develop relationships at all levels of the business and influence senior management.
  • Developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and make recommendations.
  • Flexibility in approach and a willingness to go beyond the defined role.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
