About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Business Analysis team at TJX Europe. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial and analytical support to various business functions, helping to inform strategic business decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business functions to provide financial and analytical support, helping to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
  • Work with the Business Analysis Manager to provide cohesive analytical support, helping to identify opportunities for business improvement and minimize risk.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and business cases to support large-scale investments and business initiatives.
  • Provide key insights on competitors, market trends, and potential implications facing the business, offering alternatives and solutions to drive business growth.
  • Support the business in conducting trials, analyzing results, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Highly analytical with the ability to use business intelligence to generate impactful insights.
  • Strong business modeling skills and experience with financial analysis and modeling.
  • Curious and eager to learn about the off-price retail model and consumer-facing businesses.
  • Initiative and drive to problem-solve, with a flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial or analytical information into simple, effective, and engaging language.
  • Ability to interrogate multiple large data sets and utilize analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Accounting qualification, MBA, or similar business planning experience preferred.
  • Experience within a consumer-facing business (retail/FMCG) desirable.
