About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our Commercial Finance Team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial leadership and support to our Technology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis, advice, and proactive support to the Technology business area.
  • Support the Senior Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects and drive improvements in reporting, processes, and use of systems.
  • Manage the reporting of overheads, challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Prepare the annual budget and re-forecasts for the Technology area, working closely with team managers to understand team structures, resource requirements, and other overhead plans.
  • Provide financial leadership on key business projects, ensuring that the business remains within financial governance and preparing business cases for senior management.
  • Provide quality ad-hoc and regular analysis to influence management decisions.
  • Work closely with HR on overall headcount reporting, ensuring that we present an accurate picture to senior management.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel / system skills, BPC (SAP Business Planning and Consolidation) is preferable but not essential.
  • Proactive self-starter, able to work in a high-paced environment.
