Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic financial guidance and support to our Technology department, driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to the Technology department, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial governance.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager to drive business change initiatives, improving processes and systems.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure accurate headcount reporting and provide financial guidance on resource planning.
  • Proactively identify areas for cost savings and process improvements, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel and system skills, with experience in SAP and budgeting and reporting tools.
  • Proven business partnering skills, with a strong commercial focus and ability to drive business growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues in a simple way.
  • Passionate about business partnering, with a results-oriented and analytical approach.
  • Experience in driving cultural change and simplification, with a focus on improving processes and systems.
