About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our North American contact center team in Enfield, CT. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in both verbal and written communication in English and Spanish to provide premium customer service.
  • Use technology, including Salesforce, the internet, digital knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides, to assist customers.
  • Agree not to disclose confidential knowledge and sign a confidentiality agreement.
  • Provide excellent service to each customer, even during high-volume periods.
  • Adhere to the schedule, including breaks, shift start, and shift end times.
  • Represent the LEGO Group brand through our unique tone of voice.
  • Prioritize and multitask to meet customer expectations.
  • Meet performance expectations with post-contact survey results and daily productivity.
