About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complaints Handling
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
    • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Technical Competence
    • Have a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
    • Be able to explain technical terms to members of the public.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to work at pace, to analyze and understand information, and manage own caseload.

Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications
    • HNC/HND in Building Studies or equivalent.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Proven experience in customer service, complaints handling, or a related field.
    • Strong technical competence in property management, including design, estimating, planning, valuation, and project management.
    • Excellent knowledge of building regulations.
    • Ability to work on own initiative to investigate complaints and provide solutions.
    • Knowledge and experience of customer service in housing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to identify trends, lessons learned from complaints, and service improvements.
    • Have empathy and the ability to respond to customers with sensitivity.
    • A proven track record of managing programs to time and budget.

Working Arrangements

  • Required to work on site at Edmonton hub 2 days per week.
