About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Reception Host to join our team at Stephen James Group. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting them with their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and greet customers in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner
  2. Provide a bespoke attentive customer experience by understanding the customer requirements and managing their visit by directing them to the right department/person
  3. Proactive and organised, taking responsibility for general administration
  4. Occasionally deal with the telephone overflow by answering calls professionally and taking accurate messages
  5. Manage the customer waiting area by keeping customers updated, offering refreshments, and ensuring they are comfortable
  6. Keep the Showroom and waiting areas tidy and presentable

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

  1. Friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming with a passion for customer service
  2. Excellent communication, especially confident face to face and will enjoy customer interaction
  3. Good organisation and administration skills, with a passion for detail
  4. Experience in front of house position is desirable
  5. Must be eligible to work in the UK
