We are seeking a skilled Psychology Learning Support Worker to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. In this role, you will work with children who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in schools within the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing one-to-one and group support to students with SEND
  2. Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  3. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to student support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for working with students with SEND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible approach to working with students of varying ages and abilities
  • An existing DBS check on the update service, or a willingness to undergo a new check
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes professional support, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a comprehensive induction program.
