Job Title: Clinical Support Worker
Salary:£24,000 per annum (estimated)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Support Worker to join our team on the Surgical Ambulatory Care Unit (SACU) at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting registered nursing staff in providing exceptional patient experiences.

The successful candidate will assist in the provision of patient care in accordance with the care plan prescribed by registered nurses. Key responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, nutrition, and hydration, continence care, pressure area care, mobility, rehabilitation, and psychological support. They will also report changes to patients' condition or health status to registered nurses and assist in care and support of visitors.

Requirements for this role include NVQ Level II in Healthcare, at least 6 months of experience in caring for patients in an acute hospital ward setting, and a caring attitude and experience in care.
