Psychological Support Worker

Job Overview:As a FAMILY SAFEGUARDING THERAPIST, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological interventions to support parents and carers with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver 1-to-1 and Group-Based Interventions: Provide tailored support to parents and carers, focusing on improving their mental health and well-being while engaging with the broader social care system.
- Clinical Assessments and Formulations: Conduct thorough assessments to inform evidence-based interventions, taking into account individual parental mental health needs.
- Bespoke Therapeutic Approaches: Design and deliver personalized therapeutic methods using established techniques such as Trauma-Informed CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Systemic Family Therapy.
- Effective Collaboration: Work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
