Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to address the unique needs of each young person.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support, promoting emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for yourself and your peers to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our services, ensuring we remain at the forefront of care excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people in an Ofsted-regulated environment.
  • Level 3 CYPW or above, with a willingness to pursue further qualifications.
  • Enhanced DBS check and the ability to drive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting others.
