Sales and Account Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Account Development Manager to support our UK sales team.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in Parts Supply, large Motor Factor or Industrial / Engineering Supplies / Distributor roles, with excellent sales and business support skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Garage Workshop Consumables across the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution and MRO space, strengthening our sales performance and customer relationships.
This role offers a good salary package, including a competitive salary of circa £28-32k, bonus scheme and pension benefits.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, enthusiastic and able to work tenaciously to achieve results.
In this role, you will:
- Support the field sales function and develop strong customer relationships.
- Take and process orders efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and average order values through effective questioning and negotiation.
- Setup and onboard new customers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Utilise your IT literacy skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and presentation software, to analyse data and create reports.
- Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Develop professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Work accurately and diligently to meet deadlines.
