We are a leading recruitment agency specialising in the fashion industry.
Job Title: Business Development Account ManagerCompany OverviewThis role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
Salary & PackageThe salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- Generate sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling
- Utilise your network by introducing new clients to the business
- Work closely with design teams to develop products and strategies for customers
- Negotiate pricing and delivery with the design and production team
- Manage high-volume orders in an organised and timely manner
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A proven track record of success in a similar role
- Previous experience working with a supplier in a similar capacity
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with factories and clients
- Able to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of knitwear product preferable
