Exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services professional to join our client's team as an Account Manager. Based in Leicester, this role offers a unique chance to work with a fast-growing business that prioritizes its people and offers an attractive benefits package.

The successful candidate will manage their own accounts from cradle to grave, handling various calls and clients on a daily basis. With ownership of client relationships, the Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills and experience in Pensions, SIPs, SSAS, Investments, Property, or any other regulated area of Financial Services. If you have a proven track record as a Client Manager, Portfolio Manager, Client Associate, or Account Manager, this role is not to be missed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and schemes from end-to-end
  • Liaise with clients and third parties on a daily basis
  • Handle queries from allocated clients and ensure timely responses
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Calculate and pay retirement and death benefits
  • Process contributions, transfers, investments, and scheme asset valuations

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
