Role Overview
We are seeking an Early Careers Lead to join our team at Siemens Financial Services Ltd. in Stoke Poges office. As the lead for our early career programs, you will be responsible for designing and managing apprenticeship programs, arranging assessment centres, overseeing onboarding and induction processes, and maintaining rotation plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive forward our Early Careers Programs by taking the lead in designing and managing apprenticeship programs, arranging assessment centres, overseeing onboarding and induction processes, and maintaining rotation plans.
- Add value through Educational Outreach by developing educational plans with local schools and colleges to ensure a strong talent pipeline and contribute to community social value.
- Create Participant Support by assisting in facilitating the performance and development of early careers program participants, ensuring productivity and providing pastoral care.
- Use Data to make decisions by creating and analysing a variety of data (including Learning & Development and key employee data) to create insights and drive decision making.
- Provide a consultative partnering service to the business by supporting the P&O Business Partner and Culture & Change Manager in contributing to a variety of people projects and support in-house workshops & seminars where needed.
- Network by maintaining links with Siemens Networks on early careers, volunteering, and learning topics, leveraging and sharing best practices.
- Enable Communication by supporting the communications plan for the People strategy, making suggestions for new ways of doing things.
- Provide Administrative Support by performing additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages
- Professional, resilient, and credible influencing skills
- Clear and effective communication across all levels
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams on various projects
- Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven
- Data analysis and insight generation
- An understanding of Purchase Ordering and experience in administration is preferable, but not necessary
