Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our early careers programs for graduates, interns, and apprentices. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for designing and managing apprenticeship programs, arranging assessment centers, overseeing onboarding and induction processes, and maintaining rotation plans.
Add Value Through Educational OutreachYou will develop educational plans with local schools and colleges to ensure a strong talent pipeline and contribute to community social value. This role requires a strong understanding of the education sector and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Create Participant SupportAs a key member of our team, you will assist in facilitating the performance and development of early careers program participants, ensuring productivity and providing pastoral care. You will work closely with our early careers team to deliver a high-quality experience for our participants.
Use Data to Make DecisionsYou will create and analyze a variety of data, including learning and development and key employee data, to create insights and drive decision making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
Provide a Consultative Partnering ServiceYou will support the P&O Business Partner and Culture & Change Manager in contributing to a variety of people projects and support in-house workshops & seminars where needed. This role requires a strong understanding of the business and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Network and Communicate EffectivelyYou will maintain links with Siemens Networks on early careers, volunteering, and learning topics, leveraging and sharing best practices. You will also support the communications plan for the People strategy, making suggestions for new ways of doing things.
Provide Administrative SupportYou will perform additional administrative tasks as required, ensuring the smooth operation of our early careers programs. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
