Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent & Culture Professional at Siemens Financial Services Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage apprenticeship programs, assessment centers, onboarding processes, and rotation plans.
- Develop educational plans with local schools and colleges to ensure a strong talent pipeline and contribute to community social value.
- Facilitate the performance and development of early careers program participants, ensuring productivity and providing pastoral care.
- Analyze data to create insights and drive decision-making.
- Provide consultative partnering services to the business, supporting people projects and in-house workshops and seminars.
- Maintain links with Siemens Networks on early careers, volunteering, and learning topics, leveraging and sharing best practices.
- Support the communications plan for the People strategy, suggesting new ways of doing things.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Professional, resilient, and credible influencing skills.
- Clear and effective communication across all levels.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams on various projects.
- Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven.
- Data analysis and insight generation.
- An understanding of Purchase Ordering and experience in administration is preferable, but not necessary.
