The University of Central Lancashire invites applications for a Healthcare Research Specialist position within its Implementation and Capacity Building Team. As part of the Applied Health Research hub, this role involves collaborating with NIHR Applied Research Collaboration North West Coast (ARC NWC) and its member organisations.

In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of health- and care-related research, implementation, and evaluation projects prioritised through ARC NWC. This may include primary research, evidence syntheses, and research capacity building activities with ARC NWC member organisations.

Successful candidates will hold a PhD or equivalent experiential learning in a relevant area and a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. A strong track record of involvement in research and evaluation-based projects is essential, as is experience in research management in health and care.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional development and collaboration with experienced researchers.
