Healthcare Implementation Specialist

As an Academic Research Fellow at the University of Central Lancashire, you will play a key role in delivering health- and care-related research projects within our Implementation and Capacity Building Team.
You will work closely with our team to identify and develop research opportunities, particularly those prioritised through Applied Research Collaboration Northwest Coast (ARC NWC).
The post holder will also contribute to research capacity building activities with ARC NWC member organisations, supporting and contributing to the strategic development of collaborative research within our University and NIHR ARC Northwest Coast partner organisations.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key requirements include a PhD or equivalent experiential learning in a relevant area, experience of research management in health and care, and excellent communication skills.
