As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will travel across your region to deliver clinical care to residents in care homes, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care. Your responsibilities will include developing individualized care plans, assessing resident needs, and mentoring and supervising staff to advance their skills and knowledge.

To excel in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a teaching qualification. Strong clinical knowledge and experience in healthcare leadership are essential, as well as a proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
