About the Role

Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Headhunter to join their award-winning team. As a Graduate Headhunter, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing top talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, and generating leads from industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Sourcing and interviewing candidates to fill senior-level positions in private equity and finance.
  • Process Management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to completion, including arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, providing feedback, and closing deals.
  • Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and utilizing various databases and social media platforms.
  • Market Intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and staying up-to-date with market news.
