Job Responsibilities- Sales Growth
Work with ASM and TPS Centre Managers to create and deliver sales strategies, achieving target KPIs and revenue objectives in the territory. - Customer Engagement
Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts within the territory, ensuring marketing initiatives are embedded and supported. - Team Leadership
Provide high-level customer service, lead and motivate a team to achieve business targets, and contribute to Business Improvement Plans.
The ideal candidate will have practical business financial awareness, proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and experience in creating strategies and managing activities to grow business.
