Supervisor Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our front of house team at Lounge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage front of house operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales management.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and labor forecasts to inform business decisions.
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or as a team leader in a restaurant or bar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality best practices, including sales building, labor forecasting, and HR.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
