Front of House Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Receptionist at our dealership. As a key member of our Centre team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service, managing day-to-day hospitality requirements, and ensuring the showroom is well presented at all times.
About the Role:- Greet and welcome customers and visitors into the showroom, providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage day-to-day hospitality requirements, including serving refreshments to customers.
- Encourage customers to engage with our products and services in a relaxed environment.
- Handle basic queries on products, using supporting information to ensure customers feel professionally dealt with.
- Brief and update sales executives on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Attend training and meetings to continuously learn and gain product knowledge.
- Work closely with the Centre team to ensure seamless handovers of sales opportunities.
- Possess a full UK driving licence.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Be flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel (to training sessions).
- Maintain a professional and smart personal appearance.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Hold GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Have good IT and administrative skills.
- Previous relevant experience within customer services or logistics would be advantageous.
- A competitive market salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits that include a contributory pension/life assurance scheme, training and ongoing development with the Toyota Academy, opportunity for career progression, a 5-day working week, 30 days' holiday, and more.
