About Our Tax Apprenticeship Programme

We're an exciting firm to join, offering a front-row seat to impactful work and professional growth. Our tax apprenticeship programme is designed to give you a head start in your career while gaining valuable 'on-the-job' experience and a recognised qualification.

As a Financial Planning Junior, you'll experience the power of collaboration as you work with diverse teams on real projects, building lasting connections with colleagues. You'll learn the fundamentals, including:

  • Serve as a liaison between clients, consultants, colleagues, and CRMs, ensuring effective communication.
  • Comply with regulatory, compliance, and company procedures, maintaining an accurate audit trail.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and engage in continuous professional development (CPD).
  • Provide expert knowledge, training, and support when needed.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects.

While a background in finance is not required, we do ask that applicants have achieved or are predicted to achieve at least 112 UCAS Points from 3 A-Levels, or equivalent, all achieved during the same exam year. A passion for tax and a drive to excel are what truly matter.

A Competitive Salary and Benefits

Enjoy a graduate salary package that values your contribution from the start. With a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working hours and full study support, you'll be well-equipped to succeed in your role.

Benefits of Working with Us

We offer a supportive network where mentors and peers are dedicated to your success and personal development. Many of our Partners, Directors, and Managers started their journey with us through our apprenticeship programme and have become inspiring leaders. As a globally united firm through Baker Tilly International, you'll have access to both our national and international networks.
