We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team at a luxury country house hotel in Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for career development and growth in a dedicated front-of-house team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the bar, training junior team members, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the bar and ensuring high-level service standards
- Training and motivating junior team members
- Building strong rapport with guests and customers
- Organising and delivering exceptional service
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus tips on a competitive salary. You will also receive live-in accommodation, company pension, discounted or free food, on-site parking, and sick pay.
