Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Lead to join our team at the Cambian Group, the largest independent provider of care and education for children and young people.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading shifts, deputising for the Registered Manager, and ensuring that our Residential Care Workers are up-to-date with mandatory learning and assisting with their individual development.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months experience working in a Residential setting, a full UK driving licence, and the desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent Children & Younger Peoples workforce qualification.
