About the Opportunity:
This exciting chance has emerged due to the retirement of one of our experienced team members. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled social worker to join our passionate Fostering Team at Caritas Care.
Our team provides high-quality care to children and young people across the North West region. Your responsibilities will involve supervising and supporting a small caseload of fostering families and children in the Lancashire and wider North West area.
Your main tasks include recruiting, training, and assessing prospective foster carers, along with providing ongoing supervision and support to foster carers and children to achieve the best possible results.
- Salary Range: £33,587 - £37,996 per annum (pro rata for part-time) or £43,325 for a full-time equivalent
