Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our court services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members of the public, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including opening and dispatching mail, preparing and checking documents and files, and handling photocopying and filing.
- Data Entry: Create and update records on our in-house computer system, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
- Additional Duties: Undertake any additional administrative duties as reasonably requested by line management.
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
- IT Skills: Proficient in fast and accurate data entry, with solid IT skills and a good knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Communication Skills: Clear communicator, professional demeanor, and excellent customer service skills.
- Education: Possess 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week.
- Rate of Pay: £11.59 per hour.
- Contract Duration: Initially 12 months, with a strong possibility of extension.
