Cornerstone is seeking a compassionate and skilled Female Support Practitioner to join our team in Aberdeen. This rewarding role involves providing support to three ladies with varying learning and physical disabilities, enabling them to live independently in their own home.

The successful candidate will become an integral part of our friendly team, supporting the ladies with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and household tasks. Additionally, they will engage in fun activities such as swimming, arts & crafts, baking, music, movies, and shopping trips, promoting a fulfilling and engaging lifestyle.

We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities, ensuring you have the necessary skills to excel in this role. A full UK driving license and at least one year's experience on the roads are required, as one of the ladies we support has her own mobility car.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the ladies with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with personal care and mobility needs
  • Engaging in social activities and hobbies
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
