About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Care and Support Practitioner, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to service users in various settings, promoting their social, physical, and mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support services that meet the needs of service users
  • Promote dignity, respect, choice, and independent living among service users
  • Build effective relationships with service users, colleagues, carers, families, and professionals to achieve improved outcomes
  • Work independently with limited supervision, referring complex matters to senior managers when necessary
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant qualification required by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
  • Be registered or willing to register with the SSSC where applicable
  • Meet the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme Record (PVG) requirements
