Care and Support Specialist Role

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to three amazing ladies, enabling them to live independently in their own home.
About the Ladies We Support:
- All three ladies have various learning and physical disabilities.
- They require assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- They enjoy participating in hobbies and interests, such as swimming, arts & crafts, baking, music, movies, and shopping trips.
About You:
- A caring and compassionate attitude towards the individuals you will be supporting.
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Confidence in using computers and other technology.
