We are seeking Support Practitioners to join our dedicated team at Cornerstone in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity for caring and compassionate individuals to make a real difference in the lives of three gentlemen and one lady with complex learning and physical disabilities.

**Role Overview**

As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to each individual with their personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework, and medication. You will also have the opportunity to support them with their hobbies and interests, such as music, films, and arts & crafts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Assisting with managing finances, shopping, and other administrative tasks
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Encouraging participation in leisure activities and hobbies

**Requirements:**

  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Confidence in using computers
  • Ability to cook

**Working Arrangements:**

Shift patterns may include early mornings, days, evenings, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays. We require flexibility from our Support Practitioners to ensure around-the-clock support tailored to the needs of each individual.
