Senior Practitioner

Job Summary:
Aberdeen City Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Children & Young People's Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective Out of School Care provision to meet the individual needs of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver high-quality Out of School Care services
- Provide professional support and line management to a team of staff
- Ensure compliance with Scottish Social Services Council registration and PVG requirements
- Develop and implement effective management and supervision strategies
- Manage and facilitate change within the team and service
- Maximise resources to achieve service goals
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Proficient in using ICT packages, including email, internet, and Microsoft applications
