We are a leading provider of health and social care services, and we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in Aberdeen.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to work as a Lead Practitioner on a part-time (25 hours per week), permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to Support Practitioners to ensure they are professional, accountable, engaged, and motivated.
- Contribute to ensuring that our services are running within agreed budgets and in conjunction with our contractual requirements.
About the Team
You will lead a team of dedicated Support Practitioners who provide support to individuals with different levels of support needs.
About You
- You will have a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support.
- You will have a sound knowledge of SSSC Codes of Practice and Health & Social Care Standards.
- You will have a proven record of building and maintaining positive and professional relationships with supported individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
- You will have great communication skills, both verbal and written.
Requirements
- You will have a commitment to undertake and achieve a SVQ Social Services & Healthcare Level 7 qualification and PDA in Health & Social Care Supervision (if not already attained).
