About the Role
We are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Westhill, supporting 3 ladies living independently in their own home. Each lady has unique personalities, needs, and preferences, and you will work closely with family members to provide a completely personalised service.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to the ladies, enabling them to access community facilities and participate in activities they enjoy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and family members to create a supportive environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the ladies, understanding their needs and preferences.

What We Offer

Requirements
  • A full UK driving license (preferred)
