About the Role
The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in Europe, building pipeline, and potentially leading a team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with channel and direct sales experience, as well as electronic engineering knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution.

Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level in electronic engineering or equivalent required.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth through channels and large accounts.
  • Expertise in spectroscopy, spectrometers, and NIR technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and ability to travel extensively.
