Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at Listgrove Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing extensive business relationships with customers across various industries, including rail, industrial equipment, healthcare, truck, and renewable technologies.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability, focusing on key markets and identifying new opportunities.

This is a field-based position, requiring frequent travel to customer sites in the Northwest region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships and developing account plans to achieve sales goals
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a comprehensive training program, performance bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement.
